For orders within the Netherlands, Belgium & Germany:

Netherlands: Free

Belgium: €9.95

Germany: €9.95

For the rest of Europe, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Our delivery time is 2-5 working days. Parcels are sent by PostNL, UPS or DPD. In some cases, JHypes may not have the shoes directly in stock, which may result in a longer delivery time. The customer will be informed of this in a timely manner.

Some sneakers can be shipped immediately; in that case: ordered before 4 PM on working days, shipped the same day. Usually, this is delivered the next day, sometimes it may take longer.

We always send updates via email with a tracking code so you know where your package is! In addition, we send our packages with insurance. You can also track your order by clicking on 'Track Order' at the bottom of the website. Here you enter the track and trace code you received by email and then type in the top right: 'PostNL' or another shipping company mentioned in your shipping email. Then you fill in your postal code and country, and you can track your order.

 

For orders outside the Netherlands & Belgium

We use DPD, PostNL or UPS for sending international shipments. The shipping costs can be found at checkout.

There are no import duties or other duties for international shipments within Europe.
