Returns / Exchanges

At JHypes, we strive for complete customer satisfaction and want to ensure that every customer is happy with their purchase. If you are not satisfied with the product you received, we are happy to offer you the option to return or exchange the item. Below you will find our return policy:

Please note! Prices of our sneakers may be higher or lower than what you paid for if you wish to exchange them later. This is due to market fluctuations in prices.

Please note! Labubu items cannot be returned.

Please note! You can only return the item if the green tag is still attached to the item. If this is not the case or the tag itself is tied together, the product will be sent back to the customer at an additional cost.

Return Period

You can return the shoes within 14 days of receipt. After this period, we unfortunately cannot process a return request.

Return Costs

The return costs are for the customer's account. You can choose to send the return shipment via a shipping method of your choice. Please note: the shipping costs from JHypes to the customer will not be reimbursed.

Return Process

If you wish to return your product, we ask you to request a return by clicking here. Enter your postcode and your order number or track and trace code. The order number is in your confirmation email and starts with #. An example is #9999. If it is not clear, you can always email us at: info@jhypes.com.

Conditions for Return

  • The shoes must be unworn. We do not accept returns of worn shoes.
  • The shoe box must be in good condition. Do not use tape, stickers, or write on the shoe box during the return process.
  • All accompanying accessories must be returned, including any extra laces, protective covers, etc.
  • In case of loss or damage to the package, the customer (sender) is responsible. We are not liable for loss of the package and will not reimburse it.
  • If the item was received with a green tag attached, it must NOT be removed, cut off, or reattached. If this is not the case, the item will be sent back to the customer at an additional cost.
  • The items must have their original packaging; for essentials, the black packaging, and for sneakers, the original box. If this is not the case, the item will be sent back to the customer.

Exchange

Packaging

To ensure that returned items are not damaged during transport, we ask you to send the sneakers double-packaged. Place the original shoe box in an extra box to prevent damage.

Processing Time

Once we have received the return, we will process it within 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation by email or DM once the return or exchange has been processed. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method.

Please note! We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions. If a return is refused, the item will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

Cancellation Policy

Customers have the right to cancel their order free of charge within 24 hours of placing the order, provided that the sneakers have not yet been shipped. Cancellation can be requested via email or Instagram DM. Clearly state the order details in the request.

After the 24-hour period, shipping and payment costs of €15 will be charged. This also applies if the shoes have already been shipped.

For packages that are refused upon delivery, we also charge a fee of €15. This covers the costs we incur for returning and processing.
